Registration Confirmation

• Registration is considered confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable registration fee.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address once the payment is received.

Registration Fee

• Early Bird Fee: ₹2,499/- per delegate (limited period only).
• Regular Fee: ₹4,999/- per delegate.
• The registration fee includes access to all seminar sessions, participation certificate, seminar kit, lunch, and refreshments on both days.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable but transferrable to another delegate from the same institution with prior written notice.

Participation Eligibility

• Open to faculty members, R&D heads, PhD guides, IPR cell coordinators, research scholars, innovation mentors, and institutional coordinators handling NAAC, NIRF, ARIIA, and research projects.

Seminar Kit and Certificate

• Each registered delegate will receive a seminar kit at the venue.
• Participation Certificates will be issued only to those who attend both days of the seminar.

Delegate Substitution

• In case the registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute from the same institution may attend in their place with prior intimation to the organizers at least 48 hours before the seminar.

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule the seminar in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, registered participants will be informed in advance and offered revised dates.
• Refunds will not be applicable in such instances.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain decorum and professionalism during the seminar.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any delegate from the venue for inappropriate behavior without any refund.

Photography & Media Consent

• By registering, delegates consent to being photographed and recorded during the event.
• These materials may be used for seminar documentation, promotional content, and publications.

Data Usage

• The information provided during registration will be used solely for seminar-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Health & Safety

• All delegates are requested to adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the venue, as per prevailing government and institutional guidelines.
