Eligibility

• Only recognized colleges and academic institutions from Telangana are eligible to register.

Registration Fee & Payment

• The registration fee is ₹10,000/- (early bird) or ₹15,000/- (regular) per institution, covering up to 100 students and 10 faculty members. Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Participant Limits

• Participation is limited to a maximum of 100 students and 10 faculty per institution. Accurate participant details must be provided during registration.

Registration Confirmation

• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of completed forms and payment.

Event Permissions & Compliance

• Organizers will secure necessary permissions including police approval. Institutions must adhere to guidelines set by RHF, HMDA, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Institutions are responsible for the conduct and safety of their participants. RHF and HMDA accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages.

Media & Publicity

• RHF may capture photos, videos, and other media during the event for promotional use. Institutions grant permission for their use upon registration.

Certificate Issuance

• Certificates will be issued only to registered participants and institutions fulfilling RHF’s minimum participation criteria.

Cancellation & Changes

• RHF reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event, with prior notice to registered institutions.

Legal Compliance

• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

Liability Waiver

• Institutions agree to indemnify RHF and HMDA against any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
