1. Selection is Merit-Based & Limited

Submission of this form does not guarantee selection. Only the first 100 eligible institutions will be shortlisted in Phase-1 based on:

• Institutional readiness
• Outreach capacity
• Alignment with SDG goals
• Quality of prior community engagement (if any)

2. Accuracy of Information

Institutions must ensure all submitted details are accurate and verifiable. RHF may request supporting documents for validation.

3. Institutional Commitment

Institutions applying for the TriImpact TRIIMPACT Club must commit to:

• Appointing a Faculty Coordinator / SDG Nodal Officer
• Facilitating active student participation in SDG activities
• Providing basic administrative support
• Ensuring documentation and reporting of activities

4. Role of Research Heights Foundation (RHF)

RHF will provide:

• SDG activity frameworks
• Documentation templates
• Orientation sessions
• Guidance, monitoring & periodic reviews

Implementation responsibility remains with the institution.

5. Use of Names, Logos & Media

By applying, the institution consents to RHF using:

• Institution name & logo
• Photos/videos of SDG activities
• Reports and documentation

Usage is strictly non-commercial and limited to education and awareness.

6. Data Usage & Confidentiality

All submitted data will be used only for selection, onboarding, coordination, and communication. RHF will not share data externally without consent.

7. Performance-Based Upgradation

Institutions may be considered for SDG Centres of Excellence based on:

• Quality & consistency of activities
• Student & faculty engagement
• Community/village impact
• Standard of reporting

8. Activity Compliance

All activities must be ethical, legally compliant, safe, and respectful of community norms. RHF is not responsible for activities outside guidelines.

9. Withdrawal or Discontinuation

Institutions may be withdrawn for:

• False information
• Consistent non-performance
• Misuse of TRIIMPACT Club name or model

10. No Financial Liability (Phase-1)

Participation is free. Costs apply only for optional upgrades like:

• SDG Centres of Excellence
• SDG Labs (Digital/Physical)
• Premium support packages

11. Final Decision Authority

All decisions regarding selection, onboarding, review, and upgrades rest solely with RHF.

12. Note on Research Heights Initiatives

Universities and industries may form R&D clusters via RHF for societal challenges, innovation, internships, and skill-development projects.

13. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

RHF is not liable for injuries, damages, external collaborations, or misuse of guidelines. Institutions must ensure supervision and safety.

14. External Partnerships

Partnerships with NGOs, government or industry must be legal, ethical, and reported to RHF. RHF is not responsible for partner actions.

15. Compliance with Government Regulations

Institutions must ensure permissions, adherence to laws, and student safety during all activities.

16. Modification of Terms

RHF may update guidelines or processes. Updates will be communicated to participating institutions.

Consent & Declaration

By submitting this form, our institution confirms that:

• We have read and understood all guidelines.
• All submitted information is accurate and verifiable.
• We agree to the commitments required for operating an TRIIMPACT Club.
• We consent to non-commercial use of the institution name, logo, and activity media.
• We understand selection is merit-based and limited to 100 institutions.
• Phase-1 participation is free; advanced models are optional and paid.
• RHF is not liable for activities conducted independently or outside guidelines.
