Session Highlights

Dr. Nagendra Kukkadapu, Founder & Director of Research Heights Foundation (RHF), continued the momentum of the Walk to Action movement with a powerful session on the Implementation of SDGs in Higher Educational Institutions at VJIT, Hyderabad. He shared how RHF is driving a shift from one-time awareness events to sustained campus action by empowering faculty and students to anchor their teaching, research, and outreach around the 17 SDGs. Through inspiring examples and practical pathways, he demonstrated how RHF's mission is helping institutions convert ideas into on-ground impact through SDG Clubs, community-focused research, and youth-driven climate initiatives.

Dr. Nagendra highlighted RHF's role in unlocking opportunities for colleges - ranging from national schemes and CSR avenues to international research collaborations - that support SDG-linked innovation. He urged educators to map real societal challenges with relevant SDGs and design projects that create measurable outcomes. The enthusiasm witnessed at VJIT reaffirmed the growing movement that RHF is building across Telangana: transforming campuses into SDG-led ecosystems, nurturing empowered youth, and accelerating India's sustainability and research transformation. This is just the beginning - the Walk to Action continues.
